I feel so fresh after the holiday spent with my family. This is the first time when I had the chance to spend more time with Maya. I am astonished by the miracle of the new life and the love that protects her.I was welcomed in Italy, my second home. I am looking forward to the beginning of the championship where I play with my beloved team- Fiorentina. I noticed that my colleagues are in excellent mental shape that is why we are going to work well this year, in A Series, as well as in Champions League. Thank you so much for all the support messages on the blog. Your thoughts are a real support for me in my difficult moments. I recharge my batteries every time I read them. Regarding the European championship, everybody is waiting for answers and proves from the national team. Unfortunately, there are still so many questions. Everybody wants to explain, to understand what happened. I am looking for answers myself. Here there are some fragments from an interview for the Fanatik magazine:
Adi, why do the Romanians are always satisfied with little?
-Probably that is all we can do. Romania is not a force of the world football, as Italy or France; we cannot play equally with those teams.
That means you agree with Boloni who warned before EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP.
- Boloni can say whatever he wants to say, it is his opinion, but we have to face the truth and see that we have not even accomplished the little thing we were talking about in our match against Holland.
I would say against the back ups of Holland...
- I wouldn't call them back ups, because they are valuable players, with good names and quota.
What if van Nistelrooy, Sneijder or van der Vaart were on the field, what else could we have done?
- We had a problem during the match against Holland. We were not ready to defeat Holland. We were too tired after the matchs with Italy and France, while our opponents were fresh; they had no match to play until that moment. "We were totally destroyed on the second half".
Tiredness is the only reason for the failure?
- Not just that, but it is the main cause, yes. We were ready to play equally and to force whenever necessary.
Wasn't it necessary when Pirlo scored for Italy and France had 10 players on the field and the qualification depended only on us?
- We had the opportunity to have a good result, but we couldn't achieve it. We were totally destroyed in the second half.
After you watched, on the break, sequences from the match between Italy and France?
- I didn't see any images, but I knew the result, we all knew the result. We tried to attack after Holland scored, but we couldn't do it any more. Maybe if we scored before the break, with Codrea's occasion, we could have won the match.
I understand that we did not plan to get a goal from Holland, we just had to defend, to keep the score 0- 0 and then attack after the minute 75.

I dont know how to turn Adblock Plus off for just one order and then turn it back on. Also, I know Al and Muffin and PB have had their hands full with all of the wonderful things happening on the blog and sub-blogs, but if we had that SUBSCRIBE button working, I would click it immediately. That might take a little pressure off the ads.
