There have been a couple of days since I came back and I still have that feeling of turning back the time, the same I had after failing the qualification.
I am writing and I would like to understand this feeling, given that when you succeed you can go on. Football is a wonderful sport, and probably this is the reason that makes it the most loved and practiced sport in European Championship, but it is also a painful sport. I am saying that because I am in America and I wonder why the Americans do not love this sport. Well, I should go back to the thoughts that made me start writing- I did not digest the elimination and the failed penalty. I am not the only one feeling this way, I am sure, my colleagues feel the same or at least they should.
There is one more thing I do not understand- the Romanians have this crazy desire of finding a scapegoat, Mutu, then Piturca or someone in the team, the desire of pointing at somebody and saying "you are guilty". We need to remember that football is a team sport, for better and worst. Reading some articles of several talented journalists that only watch football, never play it, I have realized where the critics are headed to. What about you?
I am trying to understand myself, to understand them, to walk on, because the real champions show their value in times of trouble and they don't look for excuses.

I dont know how to turn Adblock Plus off for just one order and then turn it back on. Also, I know Al and Muffin and PB have had their hands full with all of the wonderful things happening on the blog and sub-blogs, but if we had that SUBSCRIBE button working, I would click it immediately. That might take a little pressure off the ads.
